Picadeli's Headquarters Nominated for Sweden's Most Stylish Office
Picadeli, the European leader in healthy fast food, has been nominated for Sweden's most stylish office with its recently established headquarters in Gamlestadens Fabriker, Gothenburg. The prestigious award is organized by Nordic Property News, Fastighetssverige, and Lokalnytt.se.
"A year ago, we conducted a survey among our employees, and their top priority was 'a workplace that reflects the brand' – and we’ve truly achieved that with this office. Being nominated for Sweden’s most stylish office is incredibly exciting, but the greatest reward is one we've already won – being able to come to a workplace like this every day is pure joy," says Magnus Johansson, Head of Marketing at Picadeli.
Picadeli's new office is a harmonious blend of history and innovation. Located in the heart of Gamlestadens Fabriker, a historic industrial site, the office reflects the company's mission to merge sustainability with the future. The architectural design cleverly balances the industrial soul of the old brick buildings. Light, earthy tones contrast with dark wood and black metal, creating a space that exudes creativity and inspires productivity.
"This project has been both incredibly exciting and challenging, but together with the team at Picadeli, we have truly succeeded in the mission – to reflect the brand in a thoughtful, sustainable, yet edgy way," says Johannes Tjernberg, the lead interior architect behind Picadeli's headquarters at SPIK Studios.
By repurposing materials, using green energy, installing EV charging stations, and promoting cycling-friendly facilities, Picadeli's headquarters is as sustainable as it is stylish. The office's eco-friendly initiatives have saved the equivalent of 23,431 electric car miles or 34 laps around the earth by bus, demonstrating Picadeli’s dedication to a greener future.
The winner of Sweden's Most Stylish Office will be announced at the award gala, 13th of November at Grand Hôtel, Stockholm.
